Urokanatna hidrataza (EC 4.2.1.49, urokanaza, 3-(5-okso-4,5-dihidro-3H-imidazol-4-il)propanoat hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-(5-okso-4,5-dihidro-3H-imidazol-4-il)propanoat hidrolijaza (formira urokanat).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim sadrži čvrsto vezani NAD+.
