Pirimidin-dezoksinukleozid 2'-dioksigenaza (EC 1.14.11.3, dezoksiuridinska 2'-dioksigenaza, dezoksiuridinska 2'-hidroksilaza, pirimidin dezoksiribonukleozidna 2'-hidroksilaza, timidinska 2'-dioksigenaza, timidinska 2'-hidroksilaza, timidin 2-oksoglutaratna dioksigenaza, timidinska dioksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2'-dezoksiuridin,2-oksoglutarat:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (2'-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Za rad ovog enzima se neophodni Fe2+ i askorbat. On takođe deluje on timidin.
